The MTJ Regulations (in French) establish the principles governing the organization of the Master of Advanced Studies in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law.
The programme has been everything I expected and even more. The staff and professors are so interesting and knowledgeable individuals, but still very approachable. They make themselves very accessible to us, whether it is for a question on the class or something more personal and specific about our career.
The Geneva Academy is a leading education and research institution in international humanitarian law, human rights and transitional justice.
Our Master in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law is designed for young professionals who want to acquire high-level academic education and real-world practice in the field of transitional justice, human rights and the rule of law.
The programme is structured around six modules that cover central theoretical and practical issues in the fields of transitional justice, human rights and the rule of law.
During the Spring Semester, three different tracks – Thematic Focus, Clinical Work or Academic Research – allow students to tailor their studies according to their particular interests.
