This online bilingual workshop, held in English and Italian and co-organized with the Associazione Rurale Italiana and Rete Semi Rurali, aims to raise awareness about the upcoming changes to the European Union (EU) seed marketing legislation and what this reform means in the Italian context.
Panelists will notably explore pathways to align this reform with the right to seeds recognized by the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Peasants and other People Working in Rural Areas (UNDROP) and the changes needed to do so.
